<p>El cantante Carlos Vives, uno de los representantes má;s reconocidos del gé;nero vallenato, inauguro y abrió; las puertas del parque de &ldquo;La provincia&rdquo;, el cual se encuentra ubicado en la capital del departamento del cesar, este parque fue creado como homenaje al vallenato, un gé;nero que no pasa de moda.</p>
